
Web developer (Care)
Are you a WordPress developer who is passionate about seeing clients succeed? Do you know your HTML, CSS, and JavaScript like the back of your hand and get excited about automation and server architecture? If you said yes, then we want you to join our Care team! We are now looking for two developers for our Care team to be responsible for the maintenance and further development of our clients’ online services.
Evermade Care is our support team responsible for the daily operation, maintenance and small-scale development of our clients’ websites, services and online stores. Care plays an important role in our business, as the team ensures that our customers get the most out of our partnership. In this role, you help further develop our clients’ online services: you implement new features and most importantly, help our clients in problem situations.
But don’t worry, we’re not all work and no play. The Care team is a tight-knit group that loves to solve client challenges and have a good time while doing it. You’ll get to work with a diverse group of people, both in our Helsinki office and remotely, and we promise it’ll be a blast.
You’ll have the support of your supervisor Anton, our lead developer Jere, a dedicated service manager who takes care of work prioritization and resourcing, as well as two other developers on the Care team. Plus, you’ll have access to our developer community of over 30 talented individuals who are always ready to lend you a hand.

What we expect:
- Proven experience in website development, with a particular focus on WordPress
- You have a solid understanding of PHP and a strong command of HTML, CSS, SCSS, and Javascript
- Extensive knowledge of Linux, including package management (apt and Composer), experience with nginx server environment and Docker, and proficiency in Bash and Python
- Experience with CI/CD tools and development tools like npm, gulp, webpack and git
- You are a genuine team player, who can also work independently and handle customer requests proactively
- Willingness to ask for help when needed and to share your knowledge with others
- A passion for learning and professional development
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
