Barona
In 2024, Barona renewed its corporate and brand strategy, which sparked a large-scale website redesign. Together with Evermade, the goal was to create a modern, user-friendly, and versatile platform that showcases Barona’s broad service portfolio, improves the visibility of job postings, and strengthens audience-specific communication and sales.

Starting point and objectives
Barona is a work-life company and one of the largest employers in Finland. It provides solutions where work, learning, well-being, and technology form the foundation for a sustainable working life. As part of the Bravedo community, Barona operates in more than 30 locations in Finland and across nine international markets.
The brand renewal in 2024 involved rethinking the entire brand architecture and restructuring the service portfolio to match the new strategy. This included clarifying content paths through specialization and industry-specific tailoring to better serve different audiences.

Design and technical implementation
Evermade delivered a comprehensive renewal of Barona’s website. The project started with a concept phase, where we deepened our understanding of business goals, and then moved into holistic design and technical execution. Key priorities were modernizing the visual identity and making content management effortless.
Because the previously used Prismic CMS did not provide the flexibility and autonomy Barona needed, the new website was built on WordPress, with a focus on agile and intuitive content management. With the support of Evermade Studio, Barona’s marketing team was able to build most of the website independently. The combination of a recommendation engine and ready-made content blocks made it easy to create new pages quickly. Development progressed iteratively, with content entry following each completed section.

Content, integrations and further development
The project included several critical integrations:
- Job postings imported from Barona Careers recruitment system
- Azure AD (SSO) for secure login
- HubSpot CRM integration for forms
A large-scale content migration was also carried out, transferring extensive article content from Prismic into the new system.
The project was completed on time and within budget thanks to strong teamwork between Barona and us. Collaboration was seamless, with a shared spirit and commitment to results.
