We aim to provide a truly fast service at all times. In 2021, 98% of all support tickets were resolved in the agreed time frame. The average reaction time is 5 hours and the solution time 36 hours from the request – often even faster.

Not all progress is immediately visible – we also work under the bonnet to keep code up to date. When the technical base of your service is kept strong, your service will not need to be revamped every couple of years.

We utilise automation

We’ve built an automated updating process which includes i.e. visual regression testing and taking backups before updating. We also perform automated security scanning which helps us to act according to our values and top priorities.
