Add this banner to your site to support Ukraine
We strictly condemn Russia’s attack on Ukraine and want to show our support to all the people suffering from this crisis. It’s easy to feel powerless in this situation, but luckily, there are certain things we can all do to help the people of Ukraine.
We’ve created our own WordPress plugin that allows you to add a banner to your site to spread the word and grow the number of donations. You can see the banner on the bottom right corner of this page. The banner takes you to a page where can choose your preferred organization to donate to.
Here’s how to install the banner:
- Save the content of this Github link in WordPress to the folder plugins/support-ukraine-banner
- Activate the plugin on WordPress
- Adjust the text and link on the WordPress Admin in Settings → Support Ukraine
