City of Helsinki partners with Evermade for better digital services

User-friendly culture and leisure services for the people of Helsinki
We are stoked to announce that we have signed a cooperation agreement with the City of Helsinki! The agreement was the result of a tendering earlier this spring. With the beginning of our partnership, the Culture and Leisure Sector of our lovely capital takes a significant step towards more user-friendly digital services and websites.
This is a long-term strategic partnership aimed at all aspects of the design and implementation of the Culture and Leisure Sector’s digital services and websites. The work includes service design, UX design, user insight, implementing the City of Helsinki’s visual identity, technical implementation, as well as maintaining and further developing launched services. All work is based on open-source code. The work has already begun with the design and creation of the Central Library Oodi‘s first stage website.
For us, this cooperation is a leap towards more demanding client work, where we get to test and showcase our skills through holistic service design. In addition to great looks and seamless functionality, we will be focusing more on improving the clients’ businesses with for example deeper understanding of the users, captivating content and analytics-based optimization.
