We helped construction equipment rental company Ramirent renew their web service into the most important digital tool for construction sites. Based on background customer research, we refined two different purchase paths: one for “doers” seeking fast, e-commerce-style service, and another for “enablers” looking for a comprehensive partnership. We designed a mobile-first, clear user interface that makes renting over 80,000 items and finding services effortless. We seamlessly combined digital self-service with the offering of physical rental locations. The results are remarkable: website visitor numbers grew by 35%, and the number of contacts through forms and bots jumped by a staggering 1,075%.
