Pohjola Rakennus

Pohjolarakennus.fi

Mockup of a responsive property-search website shown on a tablet and a smartphone on a light tabletop, featuring a hero header that says "Find your new home," search fields and property listing thumbnails below in a warm, neutral color palette.

In collaboration with the creative agency Sherpa, we renewed Pohjola Rakennus’ website and brand to support their position as an industry leader. The renewal focused on a fresh visual identity, smooth customer journeys, and a completely rebuilt apartment search that helps users find their dream home quickly and effortlessly. We built a moduler web service using WordPress and React, where a PDX+ integration combines apartment, building, and regional data into a seamless search experience. Fast search functions, versatile filters, and informative content significantly improved the user experience and helped convert visitors into customers. Following the renewal, page load time improved by 36%, time spent on the site increased by 142%, and contact requests grew by 88%.

Two adjacent webpage mockups for a real-estate case: left shows a homepage with a large leafy apartment building hero image, Finnish headline, interior photo gallery and beige content card; right shows a listings page with a table of 50 properties, a map of Finland with location markers and contact/filter panels, all in muted green and beige tones.
Several smartphones laid out on a light background showing mobile mockups for the Pohjola case: screens include a search form with date and filter controls, listing pages with images and thumbnails, and detail/gallery views.
