Maritime software provider NAPA wanted to strengthen their market position, boost sales, and improve lead generation. Presenting complex technical solutions clearly requires a premium user experience, so we approached the redesign heavily through service design. We built a modern, modular website for NAPA using our Everblox solution. A key goal was to position NAPA as an industry thought leader, so we equipped their team with flexible tools to independently create rich content, such as articles and landing pages. Search engine optimization was at the heart of the renewal: we trained NAPA’s experts in SEO-friendly content creation, which has led to steady growth in organic traffic. Six months after launch, visitor numbers had increased by 30% and time spent on the site by 20%. Our collaboration continues closely through our Care service, ensuring the site remains secure, updated, and ready for future development.
