Isännöintiliitto

We helped Isännöintiliitto enhance the utilization of their vast data resources by integrating AI into their Mappi member service. We created an AI chatbot based on OpenAI technology and our own backend service, making the search for legal guidelines and court cases significantly faster. Implemented as a native Gutenberg block, the React-based chatbot answers user questions based on the materials provided to it. The architecture was built to be flexible, allowing the AI model to be easily swapped in the future. The “AI Assistant,” which has received praise from the membership, reinforces Isännöintiliitto’s role as a pioneer in the industry’s digitalization and offers immense potential for simplifying the daily work of property management.
