Reserviläisliitto (The Finnish Reservists’ Association) is Finland’s largest national defense organization. We revamped their web service to better support both current and potential members. We built a modern, mobile-optimized website with a clear information hierarchy, a unified visual identity, and a smooth user experience. We also refreshed the site’s tone of voice to appeal a younger audience by using user personas, impactful content, and easy-to-scan structures. Powered by WordPress and our open-source Everblox technology, the solution allows for flexible content management and continuous development. After the launch, site visits grew by 12%, mobile visits by 30%, and the bounce rate improved by 10%. The organization also gained better tools for content optimization and member recruitment.
