Sarfvik Golf application

Finland’s oldest shareholder-based golf course, Sarfvik Golf, wanted to strengthen their brand promise (“There is always time”) and modernize the customer experience in a traditional industry. Together with design agency Kuudes, we built an innovative mobile app that makes a golfer’s day smoother. Through the app, players can see real-time queue status, weather, and player counts, helping them decide the perfect moment to head out for a round. The app was built with React Native, allowing for fast and cost-effective development for both iOS and Android. The backend runs on WordPress, communicating seamlessly with the golfsarfvik.fi website via custom REST APIs. Using WordPress, Sarfvik’s team can also easily manage and schedule push notifications. The result is a highly praised service that engages current members and attracts new players.
